Sending messages through Desktop Banking is convenient and secure. Our Financial Services Representatives will receive your message and handle your request.

1.

To send a secure message, click the Messages button on the Desktop Banking toolbar.

 
2. Click the Send button.



3. A message box will pop up and you may choose to send your inquiry to Member Services, the loan department, or the Mid American President/CEO Jim Holt. Select the department from the drop down menu, type your message and click Next.

4. If your message is correct, click Submit.
