No one likes to overdraw a checking account. Whether it’s due to an honest mistake or from cutting it too close on a deposit, occasionally our members have to deal with a bounced check. Mid American Credit Union offers several overdraft protection options:

Transfers from another share account
Transfers from a MACU VISA line-of-credit
Transfers from a non-Mid American VISA or MasterCard

If you qualify for one of these overdraft protection options, you also will be automatically added to our Members Automatic Protection Plan. Click on the links below to learn more about MAP.
